SGI Logistics Expands Partnership with Crystal Group, has established a strategic partnership to support the bilateral trade activities between Indonesia and France, particularly in the defense technology industry. This partnership is driven by the Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) signed by the defense ministers of Indonesia and France, which has led to increasing defense cooperation between the two countries. As a result, the Indonesian government has significantly increased its spending on defense equipment budget from France. Indonesia recently completed the purchase of Rafale fighter jets from Dassault Aviation, GCI radar from Thales, missiles from MBDA, weapon systems from Nexter, military cargo aircraft A400 from Airbus, and expecting Scorpene-class submarine procurement from Naval Technology, and many more.

In addition to cooperation in supporting bilateral trade activities between Indonesia and France, Crystal Group has also invited SGI Logistics to join TALA – The Aerospace Logistics Alliance to enhance its capacity and network in the world of aerospace logistics.  Joel Glusman, CEO & President of Crystal Group, Founder of TALA, and Founder of Qualitair&sea, said, “We see a great market potential in Indonesia and see SGI Logistics as a new partner that will rapidly develop into a strategic logistics player in Indonesia and even Southeast Asia.
